At our olive grove we harvest our olives that are then processed at an oil mill in Berchidda. This way, we produce our olive oil – delicate but aromatic.
We like to use the products that nature offers us in its plenty, so we created various types of aromatized salts and mixed herbs which are perfect for teas – like for example lavender.
